EVERYONE WELCOME
St Luke's Hospice...
Kenton Grange, Harrow & Brent.
This beautiful house, with a history going back to at least 1851, was purchased by St Luke's Hospice in 1993 and officially opened in 2001 by her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. It was founded by John Corner M.B.E.
Anne Hatswell, a local nurse, attended The Annunciation along with John Corner. She was concerned with the needs of local people suffering terminal illnesses. Discussions with others in the parish lead to an agreement for the need of a local hospice. Anne asked John if he could lead a campaign to secure such a place. Having achieved this, St Luke's, Kenton Grange, has continued to faithfully serve the local community ever since. The hospice continues to be supported by long standing volunteers from the Annunciation. Click the button to find out more and how you can support them on their official website.
